We all get them, those aches and pains, and they can make your everyday activities a bit uncomfortable. To alleviate the pain, you may use a pain relief product. I tried out a new product from Spa Magik Organiks range, which is the Ache Away Muscle Rub.
What I thought –
Having worked out the day before, I was experiencing inflammation in my lower back the next day. It was the perfect opportunity to try out my new product and see if I could get rid of the discomfort, even if only temporarily. I applied a couple drops to my fingers and worked it in in a circular motion, applying slight pressure to the affected area. Immediately I felt slightly more mobile, but the pain did return after a while, so I used it a second time and the pain became more manageable with each use.
I liked the non-greasy feel factor and the smell wasn’t off-putting, instead relatively appeasing.
The product uses natural ingredients, Wintergreen and Eucalyptus. The eucalyptus acts as a calming and soothing component. Great to use after a punishing workout!
This muscle rub, can also double up as a head tension diffuser and can clear blocked sinuses.
