Yes, you read that correctly! These brownies could rival the so-called best in London.
AiryCakes is a small business which was founded by Lawyer turned self-taught Baker, Ashaani. The business is only three years old and has developed a lot of demand from clientele all over the UK. After tasting the Lotus Biscoff and Kinder Bueno brownies I have no doubts as to why her chewy brownies are in high demand.

What makes these brownies so great?
The one thing I noticed was how perfect the brownies were. No, I’m not exaggerating, I didn’t expect the brownie to be firm on the outside and have a soft enough centre to be able to melt in my mouth! Don’t get me wrong, I expected a tasty brownie but given that it’s only accessible online and via delivery, you’d expect it to age like most foods do. So I guess this is a testament to Ashaani for nailing the recipe enough to give her customers the total package. I am a huge fan of small luxuries coming to the front door and AiryCakes excelled at this.

At the moment AiryCakes offers the following flavours: Kinder Bueno, Raspberry and white Chocolate, Lotus Biscoff, Triple Chocolate and of course -Blondies, via mail delivery.
AiryCakes also offers a range of bespoke cakes, although I haven’t tried and tested these out, they do look look great. If the brownies win you over I’m sure you’ll have no problems checking out the cakes. During times like this, it is so important to purchase from small businesses, and it is now time to be conscious shoppers not just consumers.
