Overnight our wardrobes have gone from day to day chic to full on lounging and purchasing loungewear has become a great way to pass the time in the last 6 weeks of quarantine. Buying loungewear and awaiting that online delivery has given us all something to look forward to in a new world where plans no longer exist, and your daily commute is from the fridge to the sofa (and repeat…)

Loungewear has become the staple for all online video calls from zoom to house party it’s a step above pjs but saves the fuss of outfit planning or struggling into your now too small jeans. I’ve pulled out some great staple pieces which will get you through the remaining down time we have, and all of these can be delivered directly (and safely!!) to your door.

White company is reknown for it’s amazing cashmere and great quality, I’m obsessed with this grey cashmere set.  If quarantine isn’t giving you a good enough reason to invest in some good quality, forever loungewear then I don’t know what is! With the lovely stripe side detailing, this set is guaranteed to keep you feeling fully put together and chic and you will definitely get your moneys worth out of it as you will be sure to be wearing this on the weekends for Saturday errands post lock down madness.

However, if you are feeling slightly more price conscious right now but want to chill in ultimate comfort, H&M are offering an amazing cashmere blend (90%c cotton, 10% cashmere) range with purse-friendly prices of £34.99  in wardrobe essential colours – grey and dark mole.

Another key lock down trend has been tie dye and it really is everywhere right now and whilst you can’t be wearing it out with the girls to a bottomless, you can still look on trend, yet effortless around the house. This Missguided set is really affordable at £20 for the jumper – which you can team with jeans when we’re out of lockdown, and the joggers at £24. Both pieces can also be worn separately making it really easy to mix and match with jeans or cycling shorts.

Following on with the tie dye theme, I am loving ADIDAS’ new drop of a mini tie dye range, bringing serious summer vibes to our lounges.

My favourite piece is the tie dye kimono with tipping on the sleeves, this piece is so diverse, easy to dress up or to just chill in the house in with the matching shorts.

It’s slightly more of a splurge at £54.95 but the gorgeous colour combinations make it so worth it in my eyes, shop on ASOS.

The shacket has also become a quarantine essential , they are so easy to throw on over any loungewear outfit and are great for this in between weather where it’s not quite summer but it’s definitely too hot for you coat. I am loving pastels right now and this isawitfirst shacket has been my favourite I’ve seen whilst online shopping and it’s very reasonably priced at £45.00. The shacket also offers longevity as they come back in trend every year, the pastel colours give it a nice freshen up for Spring/Summer.

I really have found that online shopping has given me that small pick-me-up I need and made isolation much more bearable. But if you don’t feel confident in spending too right now why not buy into some of the more affordable, core pieces such as bodysuits and t-shirts.

The zara halter neck bodysuit has been a quarantine staple of mine, but I also wear these all year round as they go with everything and are made of a super think ribbed material.

Priced at just £12.99 and coming in an array of colours this is a wardrobe staple.
