Stepping out at the Atelier Versace A/W14 preview last week, J.Lo was papped in a rather unusual trouser-dress amalgamation that sent the fashion sphere into a frenzy.
From one side the hybrid outfit looks just like a pure white evening gown with a fitted bustier that screams elegance. But divert your attention to the other side and you’ll notice that the all but ordinary number incorporates elements of a trouser suit, beaded no less, and complete with metallic belt duo.
Designed by Donatella Versace, the trouser-dress twosome has already torn up the catwalks and copycat numbers are even set to make an appearance on the high street come summer 2015. But what do you think? Is the ‘tress’ a fashionable friend or foe?
