We were invited down to the Metro Italia Ruislip branch to check it out.
With two neighborhood restaurants in the North London area, Metro Italia has been serving the best of the original Italian cuisine for over 20 years.
On arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff and the aroma of scrumptious Italian ingredients. The walls were decorated with beautiful photos with very reasonably priced food, offering the perfect atmosphere for a family dinner, business lunch but also casual enough for a sit down dinner for one, which was the case in my instance.
The menu offers a varied selection of authentic Italian food, freshly cooked minestrone soup to start and linguine al granchino for the mains. The dishes were brought to my table in good time, portions are plentiful and rich in flavours.
The dessert menu also looked yummy but I was so full from my starters and mains there was no space for anything sweet!
Friendly staff and good Italian food in a homely setting. We recommend taking a visit.
