THE NLPR LISTENING PARTY SHOWCASE
I cannot wait for this one. I have previously gone to events organised by the NLPR team, so I can vouch for them in saying that this will be an event not to be missed – they always are! It is sad that NLPR LTD have decided to put on their last STAND4SOMETHING event, but I am sure it will be going out with a bang, so make sure you are there!

DOORS OPEN: 6:45pm – Seats on a first-come-first-seated basis
SHOWCASE: 7:00pm – 8:45pm (no interval)
LOCATION: Chelsea Academy, Lots Road, London SW10 0AB
PRICE: £10 per person
DRESS CODE: Smart | Casual | NO hats, trainers or ripped jeans! SOFT HEELS only due to the type of flooring at this venue.
STAND4SOMETHING: Industry will be the fifth and final instalment of this specialised event brought to you by NLPR LTD. The event launched in January 2011 with Stand4Something: More Than Lip-gloss (for women), followed by Stand4Something: Fusion (for men), then Stand4Something: Youth and Stand4Something: Pride.
Previous Stand4Something events have been supported by Comedienne and Writer Angie Le Mar, Holby City actor Jimmy Akingbola, Actress and Presenter Dominique Moore in support of the charities Woman Kind, Comic Relief and Help Harry Help Others (Cancer Research UK) to name a few.
STAND4SOMETHING: Industry is a LISTENING PARTY showcase for aspiring (professional) artists who are actively pursuing a record deal. The showcase will provide them with the opportunity to perform in front of an audience predominantly made up of A&R’s, other music moguls (from various labels) and media representatives, as well as you – the general public.
The event will also include a fashion show from designer Raymond Mfon of the brand Happy Chap Clothing and a special guest performance from emcee TUB-ZEE and comedian JASON PATTERSON, all in support of the charity Mermaids UK – www.mermaidsuk.org.uk

Tickets include entry to the showcase, goody bag, champagne-networking-reception-after-party complete with delectable refreshments, (as well as a short film screening) and can be purchased via Box Office on the day, from 6:15pm for just £10 per person.
Nearest station: Earl’s Court – take Earl’s Court Road exit, cross over to bus stop A and take the C3 to Healtherely School of Fine Art. You will then need to walk back on yourself, towards the roundabout, taking the first exit then cross over to the venue. (A total journey time of 10-15 mins from Earl’s Court station).
