The Spanish brand have officially been announced as the most popular retailer in Britain, according to Google. Overstepping the likes of Topshop, New Look and H&M.

Now with Zara opening their brand new 65,000 square foot flagship store in Madrid earlier this week, who knows what the brand will bring us next!

In 2016 the Inditex shop increased by 20.18% in online searches giving Zara the title of being retailer with the highest public demand, beating all the British big names. But is this such a big surprise?

I thinks it is safe to say Zara has taken over our wardrobes, and bank accounts. Remember the last time you left the store without a bag in your hand. Nope me neither. From their flawless crisp ruffle shirts to the perfect cut culottes, it would be rude not to make a little, or in many cases big purchase.

The retailer has dominated the shopping centres, online stores and social media feeds over the past years. With 16.9m Instagram followers it was inevitable that the brand was ready to dominate. Season upon season the store has and continues to provide us with the most recent trends.

Not forgetting their talent for creating designer products, without the designer price tag. What more could we wish for!

So a big round of applause for the store with all the answers, finally bringing high street fashion back in the game!
