I am obsessed with jackets! I’m not so much a heavy cost girl, but jackets? Leather, varsity, padded or denim? Yes please!
What I’m lusting for currently is the bomber jacket that was very popular with the kids in the 90s. It’s called the MA1 flight bomber jacket. It was made for the American air force during the 50s.
The jacket comes in olive/khaki green, black and navy blue, with neon orange lining. The jacket is reversible, were you can make a bold and BRIGHT statement in orange.
The likes of Rihanna, was seen in one recently, but hers sported a cat print at the back from Urban Outfitters which, is also another trend! Prior to that RiRi, was seen out and about in London Town, in a black bomber jacket from Trapstar. The singer teamed it, with a grey maxi skirt from her Rihanna River Island S/S13 range. She definitely rocked the look Sporty but sexy.
Kate Bosworth was likewise papped sporting a leather, cropped version. So effortlessly chic!
Bomber jackets are a really hot piece to transition from summer to winter with. There are floral print ones, leather ones brightly coloured ones, one to suit any female.
As soon as I’ve got the monies for it, I’m going to hop on eBay and get me one. It would be a travesty not to!
