FILM REVIEW : Guardians Of The Galaxy
So unless you have been under a rock these past few months, I am sure you have heard of Marvel’s newest release – Guardians Of The Galaxy.
Released in the UK 31st July this box office hit has already brought in a grand total of $94,320,883 in its USA opening alone (August 3rd) and has been on the rise!
The latest tale follows our former earth boy Peter Quill (played by Chris Pratt) on his latest heist (steal some old orb and make good money – what could go wrong!?). The film follows the journey of him befriending alien assassin Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax The Destroyer (Dave Bautista), Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper) and his muscle man…
This movie is certainly a must-see, good directing by James Gunn with plenty of action and even more humour than you have ever seen in any Marvel movie! I’d even dare to say, it is up there with Joss Whedon and The Avengers.
I give it a good 10/10, though hard core fans of the comics may disagree on this one, all in all, a good watch.
