Thinking Out Loud is an Empowerment Conference that has been made available by Crystal Williams, Poet, Author and Motivational Speaker who felt there wasn’t enough platforms to offer men and women alike advice and motivation for free. 
Crystal Williams formed Thinking Out Loud in 2015 and due to it’s success, has decided to return this year with more women added to the line up!
The speakers on the day include women who have written books about self love and motivation as well as those who run their own businesses and promote empowerment and helping to influence and inspire the younger generation. Each woman has a wealth of experience. The line up includes our ALAwards2016 nominee Charmaine Hayden, co-founder of Face4Music and co-host of @NotForTheRadio.
