We are always fascinated by Chanel fashion shows and are never left disappointed with the ever creative Karl Lagerfeld. Previous shows he’s taken us food shopping, to the airport and last year took us on a feminist demonstration march led by Cara Delevigne.

This year as part of Paris Haute Couture, Karl Lagerfeld has kept it eco-friendly by transforming the Grand Palais into an energy efficient zone with a modernist wooden house surrounded by a manicured lawn, trees and a lily pond.

It was Cara Delevingne’s puppy Leo, who stole the show before the models made their way down the catwalk (or wooden slats).

You could say Karl was channeling Princess Leia vibes with the models croissant styled buns and dramatic eye make-up that’ll give you major eyeliner envy. The clothing palette was mixed ranging from beige to of course black and white. Walking the catwalk was a Chanel favourite Kendal Jenner, as well as sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid making their Chanel debut.

Our favourite look had to be the embellished hooded wedding dress.
