Fashionistas dread it when it’s time for them to make room for maternity clothes. The baby bump is not going to stop growing anytime soon, and there are very limited options when it comes to maternity fashion. However, there’s always someone who defies all expectations and actually looks stylish during their pregnancy and that person is none other than Kourtney Kardashian. Besides being the oldest sibling of the clan, she knows how to work it like no other when it comes to her personal maternity style.
She makes motherhood look so easy in this minimalistic, yet classically elegant outfit. The white waterfall blazer follows the shape of her body, while the black shirt and leggings offers a sharp contrast. She shows that fitted clothes can still accentuate your pregnancy curves positively. Also, we just can’t get enough of her Celine tote and sunglasses.
Kourtney Kardashian may have been several months pregnant, but it definitely hasn’t prevented her from showing a little skin. She takes us on an exotic vacation with her tribal-inspired dress of fringes and raffia styled dress. White supposedly makes you look larger than you are, but Kourtney just makes us want to go on holiday with her. She also knows how to rock different types of sunglasses, as could be seen here with the metal frames.
Most women shy away from swimsuits when they’re pregnant or they stick with the one piece. However, Kourtney shows that with the right attitude and colour, you can work a bikini as well. The tropical green and blue tones are a nice complement to her tanned complexion, making you forget that she’s on her way to having a baby.
There’s no need for solids here because it may be the red carpet and she may be pregnant, but she doesn’t care to keep it safe or simple. She wears a python print dress to the opening of her partner Scott Disick’s Ryu R-restaurant in New York on April 23, 2012 with feathered earrings to match. You can still have fun with your style and outfits.
Finally, she shows that wearing a maxi dress to a red carpet event can work too. The exposure of her cleavage and the floor length hem offers a nice silhouette without hiding the pregnancy bump. Staying away from the traditional black, she shows that wearing violet can slim as well as black can.
Pregnancy no longer means that you have to sacrifice style for practicality. There are so many different places to find stylish maternity clothes that are affordable, yet comfortable for your daily outings.
