Supporting small businesses has become increasingly prevalent within contemporary society – and rightly so! Small business owners have been hit especially hard by the measures and government mandates set to keep people safe. Many have been forced to close their doors.
We, as a global community, can secure the futures of those resilient small businesses and help them shine. The need to support small businesses is most important, the benefits of shopping small extend beyond times of crisis.

Having searched social media for small businesses, I stumbled across a little company called Moonlight Attic who create their own jewellery. Moonlight Attic creates quirky, unique, and individual pieces of jewellery created from top quality materials.
All of the earring hooks or posts are either 925 sterling silver or hypoallergenic nickel free which is stated on the description of each earring pair on their page. The same applies to the bracelets, the description of each item states which materials are used – perfect for those who perhaps struggle with allergies or sensitivity!
Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted and well-priced – so you can support a small business without breaking the bank and still maintaining high quality products!
With every purchase, you receive a cotton drawstring pouch which is perfect for maintaining the jewellery in a prime condition whilst in transit and in future. They are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a beautiful, personalised sticker. Shopping with Moonlight Attic makes every purchase feel personal and loved – the unpacking of each purchase feels like Christmas!

My favourite piece has to be these beautiful half moon drop earrings. Stunningly delicate and the perfect addition to any outfit.
Next up is this silver plated love heart charm bracelet with miyuki seed beads and silver twisted bugle beads. It comes with a 5cm extension chain and closure is lobster clasp.
Finally, Moonlight Attic have created a pick n mix set of stackable bracelets. They are all silver plated along with miyuki galvanised seed beads, turquoise rondelles, jasper beads or hematite facette beads. Each charm is silver plated or tibetan silver.
You can choose from the turtle, leaf, moon, aztec disc, love heart or feather bracelet. Each bracelet is 7 inch and comes with an extension chain adding 5cm. You can choose any 3 bracelets for £27 directly through their instagram or they will be available to purchase individually on Etsy for £11.95 each.
