  1. Try making your own infused water and incorporate it into your daily health routine. It’ so simple… Start by cutting up your favourite fruits and just pop them in a jug. Fill the jug with water and place in the fridge. Leave for anywhere between 1-48 hours and drink as you go. A nice change to just a glass of water.
  2. Also, why not try skipping every day. This is an easy and very cheap  workout for the whole body. How about you skip to your favourite songs? Make the time go much faster and you will actually enjoy exercising. Up the anti and test your durability. Skip for an extra minute everyday. May sound like a little but that minute will soon bite back.
  3. Instead of having your five a day separately get your blenders out and make a smoothie.
  4. Do not starve yourself. Suppressing your hunger will not help. More little meals are better than one or two huge feasts.
  5. Finally, laugh laugh laugh!!! I do believe laughter is a good medicine and it’s free. Try it, go on laugh right now as you finish reading this sentence. It’s actually a small tummy work out. ‘Every little helps’ right?
