Chilli Con Carne
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 30 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 red peppers
- 2 fresh chillies
- 1tbs of smoked paprika
- 500g of beef mince
- 400g of tinned tomatoes
- 400g of kidney beans
- 2 ripe avocados
Method
- Chop the onions peppers and chilli, cook in a hot pan cook for about 10min
- Add the beef mince, cook out for about 10 min
- Add the tin of chopped tomatoes and kidney beans cook out for about 30min
- Chop up the avocados put the in just before you’re about serve
- Serve with either rice or a baked sweet potato
