BRIT AWARDS 2013

(Robbie WIlliams – below)

17 Brit Awards winner – Robbie Williams, performed his new single ‘Candy’, he definitely showed us why he has won so many Brit Awards!

The host of the night – James Corden, I found annoying with his cheesy (painfully cringing) one-liners! Eeeek! (James Corden – Below)

Ben Howard’s ‘Only Love’ acoustic performance was lovely.

Best International Male Solo Artist went to Frank ‘FLIPPIN’ Ocean! Frank was named ‘flippin’ by Victoria Secrets’ Supermodel, Jourdan Dunn who presented the award… ummm…. Cringe! We were also quite excited by Mr. Ocean bagging the award, but we didn’t use such profanity to illustrate this – especially not on LIVE TV! I’m sure her PRs had something to say about this! (Jourdan Dunn and Frank Ocean – Right)

Mumford & Sons performed – A great set, the audience was pumped!

(Taylor Swift – Left)

23 year old, Taylor Swift’s performance was quite disappointing. She did the whole ‘Good Girl Gone Bad’ act, coming out in a white wedding dress then removed it, to reveal a black sexy one piece – didn’t really work for me! On the other hand, Harry Styles and the rest of the One Direction boys delivered the goods with their Comic Relief single ‘One Way Or Another’ and their pinball decorative stage looked so cool! (One Direction – Below)

Muse rocked! The lights and violins for their set were superb! (Muse – Below)

Justin Timberlake made quite an entrance and is really good live! I enjoyed watching him sing new single ‘Mirrors’, while making his way up the catwalk teasing the crowd with his suit and tie  – yummmmyyy!! He’s still got it! (Justin Timberlake – left)

Newly wed, Emeli Sande closed the show by performing hit singles: ‘Clown’ and ‘Next To Me’. Emeli’s walk up the stairs to claim her awards was so cute! She looked tiny next to Taylor Swift who presented the British Female Solo Artist Award.

Other than the constant cheesiness presented by James Corden, quite a good night! (Emeli Sande – below)

Racheal Jones – Director of Beautyful Today and I @TheRubyMaeMoore on the red carpet at the Brits!
