Fashion’s Night Out heading North
Vogue has just announced they are planning to move their annual Fashion’s Night Out up to Manchester this year. This night will be celebrating fashion in a myriad of the coolest restaurants, museums, shops and galleries all over the vibrant city. The best part is that it is open to anyone who has a keen interest in the fashion world. Having been hosted in London for the past three years, as well as cities all over the world such as Paris, New York and Berlin, to name a few, it is great to see that they are branching out into other cities in the UK that have been just as important in fashion.
Alexandra Shulman, editor of Vogue adds, “Once at the heart of a vibrant textiles industry, Manchester’s importance to fashion is unquestionable.”
Further saying that Manchester has a unique style and deserves to be a part of this new tradition. Selfridges and Harvey Nichols are set to offer a hand in the list of important guests to attend the anticipated night. Hopefully this will bring in more retailers to Manchester and show that it is a city on the rise for fashion.
The night offers give-aways, music entertainment, and a chance to rub shoulders with the most stylish people in the industry.
