Even though Miley Cyrus has not released her album yet (which I’m curiously anticipating), she is definitely making sure, she is STILL on top of her game. The 20-year-old will be appearing on the cover of UK’s Elle magazine!
The singer/actress has come a long way from her last Elle cover, for the US issue back in 2009. Four years later she shows her fans that she is more confident, fierce and comfortable in her skin.
