For the past three years The RateMePlz Team has provided a unique platform for over 30 headline acts and welcomed 135 music competitors with the chance to compete for opening slot at the following event. We have proudly hosted 8 events, with over 1000 attendees engaging in networking and in-depth Q&A’s with over 30 music and media industry professionals.

v The 20 performers are split into 4 groups of 5
v ROUND 1 – Each performer is allocated 1 minutes to perform with either a backing track or as an accapella before the #RateMePlz Sound goes!
v THE AUDIENCE VOTE FOR ONE ACT PER GROUP TO GO THROUGH TO THE FINALS
v ROUND 2 – The Final 4 acts are allocated 2 minutes each to perform with either a backing track or as an accapella before the RateMePlz Sound goes!
v THE AUDIENCE WILL CHOOSE THE RATEMEPLZ WINNER!
**Instrumentals must be clearly marked with the artist name and the
track number on the cd**
