The East London singer Stephanie Sounds is back with the second single ‘Hiding Away’ from her debut album ‘Much Better.’ A talented artist, over the years Stephanie has sung backing vocals for artists such as Celine Dion, Jessie J and Florence and The Machine, before stepping into the limelight herself. The song has a very personal message and explores concepts of self-discovery and self acceptance. On the new single Stephanie comments:
“Over the years I’ve loved and trusted friends who had bad intentions for me. I’ve been hurt a lot. So this song is about me hiding from those people and protecting myself. The end of the song is a declaration that I won’t hide anymore”.
