We’ve put together a list of the top UK music festivals. Tickets for most of these festivals have sold out, but first check the festival’s official website to make sure. StubHub is a good site to track down official tickets that have become available if the event has already sold out. THE ENDS FESTIVAL

Dates: Fri 31 May – Sun 2 June 2019

Location: Lloyd Park, Croydon

Headliners: Wizkid, Maleek Berry, Burna Boy

A brand new music and food festival in Croydon. The festival was created with Croydon Council. The festival aims to provide a platform for local talent, by enabling them to perform alongside the big music artists of our time.

FIELD DAY

Dates: Fri 7 – Sat 8 June 2019

Location: Meridian Water, North London

Headliners: Skepta, Jorja Smith, Octavian

Field Day is one of the leading UK festivals which has featured many iconic artists over the years. After being located in Victoria Park for 10 years they are moving to a new venue in Enfield.

PARKLIFE

Dates: Sat 8 – Sun 9 June 2019

Location: Heaton Park, Manchester

Headliners:  Cardi B, Solange, Yxng Bane, Nas

Park Life is a festival which features a wide range of music genres from Grime to Rock. Its attendees will experience everything from interactive art, chill out zones and funfair rides.

STRAWBERRIES AND CREEM

Dates: Sat 15 June 2019

Location: Haggis Farm, Cambridge

Headliners: Stefflon Don, Ms Dynamite

Strawberries & Creem will be celebrating its fifth birthday this year. The festival will feature 50 artists across three stages. The stages are set to host the finest in UK Rap, Garage, Grime, House, Hip-Hop & R&B.

WIRELESS

Dates: Fri 5 – Sun 7 July 2019

Location: Finsbury Park, London

Headliners: Cardi B, Migos, Travis Scott,

Future, Stefflon Don, Ella Mai, iamDDB

The UK’s biggest festival will return for another year in Finsbury Park, London from July 5-7  featuring the creme da le creme of Hip Hop in the US and the UK.

MATTSBBQ

Dates: Sat 6 Jul 2019

Location: S.O.E Showground, Crawley, West Sussex

Headliners: Coppershot Sound, Heartless Crew, D Double E

Known as the ultimate party, Matt’s BBQ originated from a birthday BBQ with 30 people in 2006. Since then Matt’s BBQ has grown exponentially. This year it will be taking place at the showground in Crawley.

LOVEBOX

Dates: Fri 12 – Sat 13 July 2019

Location: Gunnersbury Park, West London

Headliners: Solange, H.E.R.

A fun loving two day summer festival that features artists from the worlds of House, Techno, Hip-Hop, R&B and Grime. The festival will include a roller disco, a vintage fair, body painting and street food.

LATITUDE

Dates: Thurs 18 – Sun 21 July 2019

Location: Henham Park, Suffolk

Headliners: Lana Del Rey, MØ, Freya Ridings

Known for being the UK Festival 2017’s Winner of Best Major Festival. Latitude festival will feature prominent acts from the fields of music, theatre, dance, comedy and film.

51ST STATE

Dates: Sat 3rd Aug 2019

Location: Trent Park, North London

Headliners: Kerri Chandler, Kings of House NYC

With over 100 artists from the House, Disco and Garage genres across 7 stages, this is 51st State’s 5th birthday and the biggest yet. 51st State explores the roots of house music making it THE festival of the summer for the house heads!

READING & LEEDS

Dates: Fri 23 – Sun 25 Aug 2019

Location: Reading and Bramham Park, Leeds

Headliners: Stefflon Don, Charli XCX

Taking place over the August bank holiday, the Reading & Leeds festival is the most famous rock festival in the UK. The festival is now embracing artists from genres such as: Grime, Hip Hop, and Drum n Bass. There is also a great lineup of comedy acts, as well as film screenings and more.

SOUTH WEST FOUR

Dates: Sat 24 – Sun 25 August 2019

Location: Clapham Common, London SW4

Headliners: Chase and Status, Tinie Tempah, Mabel, Wiley, Wretch 32, Ms Banks, Steel Banglez

One of the most popular dance festivals in London. South West Four also takes place over the August  bank holiday in Clapham Common. The Festival embraces a plethora of genres including EDM, House, Techno, Drum and Bass, Grime.

DOWNS FESTIVAL

Dates: Sat 31 Aug 2019

Location: The Downs, Bristol

Headliners: Lauryn Hill, Grace Jones

This is a one day festival taking place on the Clifton Downs in Bristol with a main stage of live music and a stage for electronic performance and film. Panel discussions are a highlight of the Downs Festival and will feature speakers from a whole host of backgrounds discussing topics that are impacting society.
