With his Wimbledon success and making British history as the first British player to win Wimbledon in 77 years! It is not a surprise that the talented tennis player Andy Murry is said to be, “eyed” for Burberry’s next campaign.
The player and his girlfriend, Kim Sears, have been rumoured to be the next star couple to model for the British fashion house, taking the place of lovebirds Sienna Miller and Tom Sturridge.
Speculation rose that creative director, Christopher Bailey showed interest in Murray for future campaigns.
epresentatives of Burberry have declined to make any comments about the possible matching of the pair to the brand but that does not mean it is ruled out.
Murray has been dressed twice in Burberry for social events such as the Champion’s Ball, which is usually a hint to a possible campaign.
That is a match I would definitely love to see!
