The Alchemist is a narrative that can resonate with every perspective reading the book. It teaches the reader of universal patterns / laws that occur in one’s life. Such as wanting to find your destiny, taking a journey and realising it was where you once started all along. It helps us to see the value of the path and not just the final destination, seeking pleasure in the highs and lows and gaining stability from the lessons you learn.
Coelho, born 1947, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil had a spiritual awakening in Spain which inspired him to write his first book, The pilgrimage. His second book, the Alchemist was the hit that inflamed his success and positioning in the philosophical sector.
I personally believe this is a book that will strengthen the faith and belief that every creative and entrepreneur needs in order to continue propelling forward. Whether you are someone who believes in the law of attraction or not, I feel it will plant seeds of light and truth.
