The platinum snow queen made her debut at last night’s annual women of the year awards. Ora premiered her new platinum blonde, shoulder length tresses in a match made in heaven with her Ermanno Scervino gown.
The floor length, figure hugging, long sleeved dress was a clever choice on behalf of Rita and her stylist; the colour complimented the new hair and an astute move was her signature red lip, making sure the overall look wasn’t too overwhelmingly cold.
In hindsight seems meant to be that Rita wore one of the best dresses she’s worn on a red carpet – ever – the night she won ‘Musician of the Year’. Now, it seems mind-blowing that only last year, Ora found commercial success in her debut album and within a year has become a style icon in her own right, the British girls’ inspiration and as of yesterday, Harper’s Bazaars’ Musician of the year.
